I would like to draw your attention to the PhD Fellowships in Life 
Sciences 2012 offered by the Doctoral School of the Faculty of Biology 
and Medicine of the University of Lausanne, Switzerland. 

Candidates (Masters degree obtained before autumn 2012) can 
postulate for one to three specific laboratories at our Faculty.

My research group figures on the list of potential host laboratories. I 
would be happy to welcome students interested in carrying out a 
thesis in the field of plant microbiology with a particular focus on plant 
disease & pest control by beneficial bacteria (see:

and talented candidates, I would appreciate very much if you could 
forward this information to them and encourage them to submit an
